Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects across multiple channels.
2. Manage OOH advertising activities including billboards, hoardings, signage, and outdoor campaigns.
3. Coordinate and supervise project site branding, fence branding, wayfinding signage, and promotional installations.
4. Work closely with branding suppliers, production vendors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with internal sales, design, and project teams for marketing collateral and campaign requirements.
6. Prepare marketing presentations, project presentations, and promotional materials.
7. Monitor branding execution at project sites and ensure consistency with company brand guidelines.
8. Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and marketing reporting.
9. Liaise with agencies and external partners for creative development and production activities.
10. Support launch events, exhibitions, and promotional activations when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 4–5 years of marketing experience within the real estate or property development industry in the UAE.
* Strong experience in OOH advertising, site branding, and fence branding.
* Experience working with branding suppliers, fabrication vendors, and signage companies.
* Ability to create and deliver professional marketing presentations.
* Good understanding of real estate project marketing and branding execution.
* Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing coordination tools.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
