We are a provider of end-to-end water treatment solutions (design, installation, service, maintenance) for industrial, commercial and institutional clients. Based in Ambattur Estate, Chennai, the company serves a variety of sectors with full-cycle solutions—systems, maintenance, chemicals, filters, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the marketing strategy & plan for the full water-treatment solution portfolio (equipment, services, maintenance contracts).
- Conduct market research: help identify key target segments (industrial, commercial, municipal), understand customer needs, competitive landscape, emerging trends.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering & service teams to support value-propositions, case studies, customer success stories.
- Develop marketing collateral and content: brochures, presentations, datasheets, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, trade-show material.
- Manage digital marketing presence: assist with website updates, SEO/SEM tasks, social media, content marketing to generate leads and engage customers.
- Support planning and execution of events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions in the water-/waste-water/industrial-infrastructure space.
- Work with the sales team to support lead-generation: nurture inbound enquiries, help prepare proposals or marketing support, track campaign ROI under direction.
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns (KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rate, cost per lead, brand awareness metrics) and report to senior marketing personnel.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, vendor coordination (design agencies, printers, digital agencies) as required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, and help enhance the company’s positioning as a solution-provider in water treatment.
- Provide inputs for new product/service launches: under guidance liaise with technical team to understand features/benefits, support positioning and go-to-market activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering (preferably chemical/environmental) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B / industrial environment—preferably in water-treatment, environmental, infrastructure, or related domain.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Digital marketing awareness: comfortable with website content, SEO/SEM basics, social media channels, analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally: collaborate with sales, technical, product/service teams.
- Analytical mindset: able to interpret marketing campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently and also as part of a team.
- Good organizational & project-management skills (able to manage multiple campaigns or activities simultaneously).
- Willingness to travel locally for events, client visits, exhibitions as needed.
