First Motors is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate campaign assets across digital, social, print, and on-ground activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product) to align marketing efforts.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop content calendars and oversee execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics and analyze digital performance (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Brief and manage agencies for paid media or creative deliverables.
3. Content & Communication
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
- Write or edit content for social media, email, website, and printed materials.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters for content production.
4. Event & Activation Management
- Lead planning and execution of brand events, launches, or test drive campaigns.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies for event logistics, branding, and on-site execution.
- Track ROI and customer engagement from events.
5. Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
6. Administrative & Team Support
- Oversee the work of Marketing Associates or interns on specific tasks.
- Manage PRs, LPOs, and vendor coordination for all marketing activities.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and budget tracking.
- Maintain organized documentation and campaign archives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role (preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
