Marketing Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

You will be the face and voice of Bodystorm Sport across all platforms — from social media to in-person collaborations. Your mission is to build brand desire, generate leads, drive foot traffic, and most importantly, tell our story in a way that resonates with Doha’s luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing strategies tailored to the high-end fitness and lifestyle market.
  • Create compelling, aesthetic content (photos, videos, reels) from our sessions, clients, trainers, and luxury environment.
  • Collaborate with our design team to produce stunning branded materials (flyers, ads, offers).

Social Media & Digital Strategy

  • Manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms with daily content and smart engagement strategies.
  • Plan and run digital campaigns (ads, giveaways, influencer activations) to drive visibility and bookings.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (reach, engagement, leads).

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with our sales and front desk team to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Follow up with leads from social media, WhatsApp, and website forms.
  • Contribute to creating exclusive launch campaigns, VIP packages, and first-time promotions.

Partnerships & Events

  • Connect with local influencers, luxury brands, and wellness communities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Organize in-house events, pop-ups, and activations to build brand buzz.
  • Attend fitness, fashion, and lifestyle events to represent Bodystorm and network.

Creative Expectations:

We’re not just looking for someone to post on Instagram.
We want a storyteller. A trend-spotter. A content machine. A marketing artist.
You must have:

  • A strong aesthetic eye (you know what looks luxury).
  • Speed and confidence with content creation.
  • Ideas that surprise us — and make people talk.
  • The ability to balance creative energy with sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Female, 23–35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (fitness, wellness, fashion, or luxury industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and trends
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Graphic design or video editing experience is a strong advantage (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
