Marketing Executive for Woven and Knits Garments

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at a prominent Woven and Knits manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market reach by identifying new customers and promoting our yarn products internationally. This role demands excellent customer relationship management, strong international market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Market Development: Identify and pursue new customers while exploring new market opportunities for Woven and Knits products. Actively promote the company’s Woven and Knits offerings to international clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business. Monitor market trends and understand customer needs to support sales target achievement.

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and order processing efficiently. Work closely with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely order delivery. Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules and overall satisfaction with products and services.

Market Research & Analysis: Continuously track competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Provide management with insights on price changes, demand shifts, and market forecasts. Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Pricing & Negotiation: Work alongside the management to develop competitive pricing strategies. Manage negotiations with customers to close deals that balance profitability and client satisfaction.

Coordination with Production & Supply Chain: Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability meets customer demands. Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline the delivery process and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities and customer feedback for management review.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the garments industry.
- Familiarity with Woven and Knits markets and customer networks is advantageous.
