Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and update company social media channels, website, and online listings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support event planning, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant marketing communication.
Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, menus, and other marketing collateral.
- Create visual content for online campaigns, advertisements, and newsletters.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Manage photography, videography, and editing when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing and design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Experience with photography and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
