Job Purpose:
To support and streamline daily operations across INDEX Media and CMYK, while actively contributing to sales, client servicing, and creative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands on, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about both business operations and creative service selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency across departments (media, events, talent, and CMYK).
- Support logistics for client projects, media productions, and event setups – from scheduling to material coordination.
- Track and follow up on internal workflows, ensuring smooth handovers between creative, design, video, and client servicing teams.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for print materials, equipment, merchandise, and service supplies.
- Prepare reports and logs on deliveries, project timelines, and operational issues. Sales & Client Engagement
- Handle walk-in and online clients at CMYK, upselling creative and media services with confidence and clarity
- Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed sales by providing service information, quotations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to execute client orders smoothly and on time.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing CMYK and INDEX Media’s services during activations, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Contribute to in-store and online marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, social content ideas, and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content plans, promotions, and digital campaigns for both CMYK and INDEX Media.
- Propose creative ideas for improving client experience, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Support with photo/video documentation of key projects, activations, and success stories for internal use.
- Search for suitable publishers for books and other media projects to enhance content creation.
- Identify and communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations for required media materials and resources.
- Search for potential influencers who can collaborate with our media campaigns and initiatives.
- Establish communication with influencers and TikTok pages to increase exposure of INDEX Media and INDEX Media’s CMYK
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Media, or related fields
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Exposure to creative or service-based industries preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, CRM platforms).
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
