Marketing Executive – Interior Design, Fit-Out & Civil Works

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation and business development within the UAE, focusing on interior design, fit-out, renovation, landscaping, maintenance, and civil contracting works.

This role involves visiting clients and project sites, meeting with consultants and vendors, and promoting the company’s services to generate consistent project opportunities.

Salary Range:

AED 3,000 – 5,000 + commission (depending on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business leads for interior, fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Visit potential clients, consultants, and project sites to promote company services.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing details and prepare estimates.
• Maintain strong follow-up on leads, quotations, and project discussions.
• Manage marketing campaigns and digital promotion to improve brand visibility.
• Achieve sales targets set by the management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or business development in UAE interior, fit-out, or civil contracting sector.
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and lead conversion skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
