Position Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive (India location) for our Kochi office. This role is focused on sales and business development in the Indian IT market, with opportunities to support global growth initiatives. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in driving revenue and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies tailored for the Indian IT market.

· Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our services.

· Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Collaborate directly with the CEO to align strategies with business objectives.

· Prepare and present sales performance reports and market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

· BBA (A Master's degree will be considered an added advantage)

· Minimum 1* year* proven track record in IT/Software marketing or business development.

· Strong knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, and B2B sales.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
