About the Role:

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Marketing Executives or Interns to support school promotion and admission outreach activities. The role is open to students (3rd or 4th year) pursuing MBA, BBA, Mass Communication, or related fields, as well as experienced marketing professionals looking for short-term or part-time opportunities.

This is a 3–4 month assignment starting in October 2025, with the possibility of further engagement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the school’s programs through offline and online channels.
• Conduct community outreach and distribute promotional materials.
• Engage with parents, students, coaching centers, and local communities.
• Support in organizing school events, awareness campaigns, and admission fairs.
• Contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns if required.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria: For Students:

• Pursuing MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Com, BA (Mass Comm.), or similar courses
• Preferably in the 3rd or 4th year of their program
• Should be available from October 2025 for 3–4 months

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or related roles
• Experience in education marketing or local fieldwork will be an added advantage
• Should be comfortable with on-ground and direct marketing activities
• Should be available from October 2025 for 6 months

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Local area knowledge (preferred)
• Energetic, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Basic familiarity with digital/social media platforms (desirable)

Availability Requirement:

• Start Date: October 2025
• Duration: 3 to 4 months
• Timing: Flexible part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability
