CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and attendants with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage patient relations by addressing concerns, feedback, and queries promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient services.
• Ensure OPD/IPD patients receive required support from admission to discharge.
• Handle feedback forms, online reviews, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Assist in organizing health camps, patient engagement activities, and hospital events.
• Monitor complaint redressal system and maintain proper records.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
• Report daily activities, patient issues, and suggestions to management.

Pay: ₹11,116.21 - ₹29,385.96 per month
