Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager – Real Estate
Location: Mumbai, India
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director / Head of Marketing / Managing Director
Position Overview:
The Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to
promote the real estate projects and services across Dubai and globally. The role involves managing brand
communication, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and collaborations to drive visibility, creativity, and
sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Manage the company’s overall brand image, marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, PR,
advertising, and event management.
Coordinate with the sales team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and support conversions.
Oversee all digital platforms — website, social media channels, online listings, and paid ad campaigns.
Develop marketing materials such as project brochures, videos (including video editing), emailers, and
presentations in coordination with design and content teams.
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Plan and execute property events, open houses, exhibitions, and launch campaigns.
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to guide strategy.
Measure and analyze campaign performance to assess ROI and effectiveness.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry.
Prior experience in performance marketing and SEO is mandatory.
Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
Exposure to international and global real estate markets (not limited to Dubai) is preferred.
Strong understanding of real estate marketing, lead generation, and property promotion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, CRM systems,
etc.).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
