Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media marketing activities and supporting overall marketing initiatives. The role also involves direct client interaction, acting as the first point of contact, and coordinating closely with the Director on ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Create marketing posts and creatives using Canva.
  • Schedule and monitor posts on various social media channels.
  • Handle general marketing activities and promotional support.
  • Interact with clients, explain projects, and address initial queries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and prospects.
  • Brief clients about projects and collect requirements.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Director on marketing plans and client updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media roles.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts such as carpet area, built-up area, etc.
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
  • Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
  • Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)
  • Client handling: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
