Job Profile: Marketing Analyst


Location: Bangalore – Ecity Campus


The Marketing Analyst will assist in developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies to drive learner engagement which includes, initiation, consumption and completion of learning content / courses for Infosys Springboard. This role requires strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a keen sense of edtech market trends to ensure the offerings reach their intended audience effectively. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and assists in managing campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships to achieve the ESG objectives of Infosys Springboard.


Core Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).

· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats.

· Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing materials on schedule.

· Monitor campaign performance and analyze reports

· Support the development of marketing collateral and presentations.

· Participate in organizing promotional events and product launches.

· Assist with communications and audience engagement initiatives.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly.

· Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.

· Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.

· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing marketing materials and ensuring accuracy.

· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative tools (Canva, figma, Adobe creative suit). Good to know: marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).

· Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

· Attitude of learning, delegating and working as a team, ranks the highest!


Educational Background :

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.


Experience :

Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles is often preferred.
