Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and sell solar energy solutions directly to customers.
• Conduct door-to-door campaigns, roadshows, and awareness sessions.
• Explain product benefits and provide demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Maintain records of leads, visits, and sales and report to the manager.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales or marketing experience (solar/renewable energy preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Knowledge of solar energy is a plus.
