Job Overview

The Blue Box is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is your chance to play a key role in building our brand an engaging with our community

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing presentations, sales pitches, and proposals. Help track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our products.
• Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation, with a passion for the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
