Education Qualification:

• B.E. in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (acceptable with relevant experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, or business development—preferably in the electrical or engineering industry.

Salary:

• ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Final salary will be as per company standards and based on candidate’s experience and skills.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the company’s electrical products, solutions, and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to convert them into business.
• Coordinate with the internal engineering and project teams for pricing, technical support, and order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical understanding of electrical products (panels, switchgear, cables, controls, etc.).
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,837.12 per month
