Marketing Graphics Designer Urgent

Someone who can sit in front of a blank canvas and build something remarkable from scratch — with skill, instinct, and creative confidence.

FSA Workspace is hiring a Senior Marketing Graphics Designer to work as a dedicated resource for a premium international client. You will own the visual output — from concept to final delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualise and create marketing visuals entirely from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts
• Design social media creatives, digital ads, campaign banners, and brand collateral
• Develop original illustrations, compositions, and 2D artwork as required
• Translate creative briefs into polished, professional visual output independently
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, original creative ideas
• Deliver revision-ready work fast — without compromising on quality

What We're Absolutely Looking For:

2D Art & Illustration Skills — Non-Negotiable
You must be able to draw, compose, and create — not just arrange. A strong understanding of form, proportion, colour theory, light, and visual hierarchy is essential.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator — these are your primary tools
• Ability to create vector artwork, custom compositions, and original digital art
• Clean, organised file structure and layer management

Creative Sense & Artistic Instinct

• You have an eye — you know when something looks right and when it doesn't
• You understand what grabs attention and what communicates a message visually
• Your work should speak before your CV does

Portfolio — Mandatory

• Must include original work — not mockups, not stock-modified designs
• Showcase pieces where you built it from zero
• Real-world client or campaign work preferred
