Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to be the first dedicated marketing hire at Umagine. You’ll work directly with the founders to build our brand, tell our story, and drive awareness through social media and digital campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, creative, and excited about turning a complex, technical product into content that grows an audience and builds credibility.

Responsibilities

• Grow Umagine’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and post engaging content (videos, graphics, updates, thought leadership).
• Develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and inbound leads.
• Monitor analytics and adapt strategies for continuous growth.
• Support website content updates, email newsletters, and blog posts.
• Collaborate with engineering to showcase projects, breakthroughs, and customer wins in accessible formats.
• Research and coordinate participation in industry events and online communities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital growth (internships or full-time).
• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social accounts.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for clear, engaging messaging.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn campaigns, analytics dashboards, SEO basics).
• Proactive, scrappy, and comfortable experimenting with new formats and platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Premiere).
• Previous work in B2B, robotics, or tech-focused industries.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and lead-gen funnels.
• Interest in startups, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
