We’re expanding our team with a data-driven Marketing & Growth Coordinator to generate qualified owner leads, grow our local brand presence, and scale paid media performance across the Smoky Mountain region.

This role owns the systems and campaigns that attract new property owners, convert online interest into sales opportunities, and strengthen Altara's position as East Tennessee’s most trusted vacation rental manager.

You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Paid Media + Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads for owner acquisition and guest retargeting.
  • Create UTM tracking, conversion pixels, and landing page flows to measure CPL and CAC.
  • Manage small-to-mid budgets efficiently; analyze results weekly and iterate creatives, targeting, and bidding.
  • Build remarketing and lookalike campaigns for high-performing audiences.

2. CRM, Automation & Lead Routing

  • Manage the marketing-to-sales pipeline using HubSpot (or franchise CRM).
  • Automate lead capture, routing, and follow-up workflows to reduce time-to-contact.
  • Maintain dashboards and attribution reporting for weekly Executive L10 meetings.

3. Local SEO & Web Presence

  • Optimize Altara location pages and Google Business Profiles.
  • Ensure all local listings and landing pages rank for “[market] vacation rental management.”
  • Update and publish landing pages, blogs, and guides that convert visitors into leads.

4. Campaign Deployment & Collateral

  • Localize Altara corporate campaigns (emails, seasonal ads, event assets).
  • Create owner-facing and guest-facing content using Canva / Adobe Express.
  • Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and referral campaigns with Sales.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key KPIs: MQLs, cost per lead, owner acquisition rate, churn, direct-booking %.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly growth reports with recommendations and next steps.

What You’ve Done

  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, paid ads management, or growth coordination (agency or hospitality/real estate preferred).
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign builds, tracking, optimization).
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and UTMs/pixels.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or franchise-specific systems).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Bonus: basic Canva or graphic editing skills.

Compensation & Benefits
