Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, as you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals (e.g., content creators, social media managers, digital marketers).
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Brand & Communications:
- Oversee all brand-building activities to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Manage public relations and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
- Digital Marketing & Growth:
- Drive our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Optimize the customer journey and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and sales.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including , social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in kannada is must
