Experience:- Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry
Job Description:-
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars, campaigns, and product launches
- Oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent content, engagement, and growth
- Lead content creation including visuals, copy, shoots, and campaign concepts
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including collaborations and partnerships
- Develop and monitor affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and brand reach
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to align marketing with product strategy
- Analyze campaign performance, digital metrics, and ROI, and optimize accordingly
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring productivity and creativity
