  • We are Recruiting for Aeternum - a modern apartment building development project focused on delivering high quality residential living through well-planned design, efficient construction, and customer focused services. The project aims to provide comfortable, secure, and contemporary living spaces while maintaining high standards of construction, safety, and customer experience. With a strong emphasis on quality, transparency, and professional management.Position: Marketing Lead – High-End Real Estate Project.
  • Timing and Location: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat) at Gulberg Lahore.
  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive high-end marketing strategies for a luxury real estate project featuring apartments worth crores. The ideal candidate will be an expert in communication, with strong skills in print, virtual, and social media marketing, and will be responsible for creating targeted campaigns aimed at selling these exclusive apartments.
  • Key Responsibilities:

1-Develop & execute marketing strategies to promote luxury apartments and generate leads.
2-Create targeted campaigns for apartment sales, working closely with the sales team.
3-Manage marketing channels including print media, digital platforms (web, virtual tours), and social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
4-Create high-quality content, including brochures, website copy, and social media posts that reflect the luxury nature of the project.
5-Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
6-Oversee public relations and build relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in real estate or luxury products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM).
