We are building a world-class marketing and growth engine, and we are looking for a Head of Growth / Head of Marketing who can lead that transformation.

This role is not for someone who just talks strategy.We need a builder, executor, and leader who can turn ideas into real measurable growth.You will be the strategic brain behind our growth.Your Mission

Design and lead a world-class marketing and growth organization that:

• Dominates digital real estate marketing Generates high-quality global investor leads Builds a powerful international brand Drives predictable, scalable revenue growth

You will build and lead the growth infrastructure that powers our global expansion.

What You Will Own

1. Growth Architecture

You will design the entire growth system for the company.

Including:

• Global lead generation strategy
• Marketing funnels and conversion systems
• Performance marketing infrastructure
• Audience growth and brand positioning
• Data-driven acquisition models

Your focus will be revenue-driven growth, not vanity marketing metrics.

2. Leadership

You will build and lead a high-performance marketing team, including:

• Content creators
• Social media managers
• SEO specialists
• Content writers
• Paid Advertisement - Performance marketing teams
• Models & Vloggers
• Influencer partnerships
• Graphic designers
• UI/UX Designers
• Videographers, Photographers
• Video Editors
• Animators

Your role is to transform this team into a high-output growth machine.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

Drive scalable growth through:

Paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter etc)

• SEO and organic authority
• Social media dominance
• Influencer partnerships
• Conversion optimization
• Growth experimentation

Every channel must be optimized for ROI and lead generation.

4. Brand & Media Dominance

Real estate is becoming content-driven.

You will lead the creation of industry-defining content, including:

• Property storytelling
• Investor education content
• High-impact video marketing
• Influencer collaborations
• Authority-building media

The goal is to build a globally recognized real estate brand.

5. Data, Systems & Growth Experiments

You will build a data-driven growth culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Growth experiments
• Funnel optimization
• Marketing analytics
• CAC optimization
• Conversion improvement

Decisions must be driven by data, not opinions.

You must be someone who builds momentum and drives results, not someone who simply manages campaigns.

Experience & Expertise:

Ideal candidates will have:

• 8–15+ years experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing Leadership experience managing large marketing teams Proven experience driving lead generation and revenue growth Strong expertise in digital marketing ecosystems

Experience in real estate, SAAS, fintech, or high-ticket sales is highly valuable but not mandatory.
