Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring a Head of Institutional Sales (B2B) for a prestigious client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Sector.
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing or related field)
Experience: 5+ years in the Frozen Food Industry
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record with institutional and modern trade accounts
- Experience with superstores and large-scale buyers
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management and strategic planning skills
- Commercially astute and growth-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Institutional and B2B sales portfolio nationwide
- Build partnerships with superstores, modern trade, distributors, HoReCa and corporate clients
- Identify and explore new institutional sales opportunities beyond conventional retail channels
- Drive revenue growth, volume targets and market penetration strategies
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements and pricing structures
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Finance for smooth order fulfillment
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Build and lead a high-performing institutional sales team
