Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring a Head of Institutional Sales (B2B) for a prestigious client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Sector.

Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing

Location: Head Office – Karachi

Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing or related field)

Experience: 5+ years in the Frozen Food Industry

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record with institutional and modern trade accounts
  • Experience with superstores and large-scale buyers
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and strategic planning skills
  • Commercially astute and growth-driven

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the Institutional and B2B sales portfolio nationwide
  • Build partnerships with superstores, modern trade, distributors, HoReCa and corporate clients
  • Identify and explore new institutional sales opportunities beyond conventional retail channels
  • Drive revenue growth, volume targets and market penetration strategies
  • Negotiate long-term supply agreements and pricing structures
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Finance for smooth order fulfillment
  • Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Build and lead a high-performing institutional sales team
