Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Retail / Business Unit Head for a prestigious client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Sector.

Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing

Location: Head Office – Karachi

Qualification: BBA / MBA (Business Administration or related field)

Experience: 8–12 years in retail business management

Candidate Profile:

• Strong retail business experience, preferably in Frozen Food / FMCG / Retail-driven organizations
• Proven track record managing P&L and achieving aggressive growth targets
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic execution skills
• Ability to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and operational excellence
• Commercially astute and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail business strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Lead nationwide retail sales operations across Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributor networks
• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and category expansion within frozen food segments
• Manage P&L and strengthen relationships with key retail chains, distributors, and channel partners
• Oversee trade marketing initiatives, in-store visibility, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance for demand planning and inventory optimization
• Analyze market intelligence, consumer trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional sales teams
