Job Overview

Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and streamline daily operations across all branches. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lab operations (sample collection to report delivery)
• Oversee branch performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory bodies
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and service quality
• Coordinate with lab staff, phlebotomists, and management
• Implement process improvements and operational strategies
• Handle inventory, logistics, and equipment management
• Ensure patient satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
