Director of Marketing

Location: Lahore Office
Sector: Healthcare/Education/Charity/Real Esate (Group of Brands)

Role:

We are a fast-moving, multi-brand organisation operating across diverse sectors. Our CMO provides strategic direction but requires a high-calibre, execution-focused Marketing Director to sit in Lahore and run day-to-day marketing operations across the full portfolio.

This is not a traditional single-brand marketing role. You will be the operational spine of our marketing function — managing a growing team, building structure where little exists, executing campaigns, and acting as the CMO's eyes and ears on the ground. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, energised by variety, and excellent at prioritisation.

The Director of Marketing will unify PPC, SEO, social media, content, design, brand, CRM, and communications under a single vision and will report directly to the Board, providing insight, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Own the day-to-day marketing output across all active brands in the portfolio
  • Implement and maintain SOPs, workflows, and a marketing calendar across brands
  • Ensure campaigns, content, and activations are delivered on time and to brief
  • Triage incoming requests, identify priorities, and manage workload across the team

2. Team Building & Leadership

  • Onboard and manage a lean in-house marketing team (content, design, social, paid)
  • Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and speed
  • Build a high-performing, data-driven marketing department with clear KPIs.
  • Hold weekly team stand-ups and report progress to the CMO daily

3. Strategy Implementation

  • Set annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate the CMO's strategic direction into actionable, brand-specific plans
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents
  • Support brand launches, rebrands, and campaign rollouts from brief to delivery
  • Identify cross-brand synergies and efficiency opportunities

4. Reporting & Performance

  • Track and report on KPIs across all active brands (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
  • Manage marketing budgets at brand level and provide monthly spend vs. outcome reporting
  • Present weekly status updates to the CMO — concise, data-backed, and actionable
  • Reduce cost-per-acquisition while improving lead quality and conversion rates

5. Digital & Social Media Oversight

  • Oversee all social media channels, content calendars, and community management
  • Oversee paid social and search campaigns
  • Build dashboards and performance reporting for the Board
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports with insight-driven recommendations

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands, clients, or product lines simultaneously
  • Strong background in digital marketing (social, paid, email, SEO/content)
  • Experience building or managing small-to-mid marketing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure, processes, and SOPs from scratch

  • Data-literate: can read dashboards, interpret performance data, and act on it

  • High EQ: manages upwards, downwards, and across with confidence and clarity

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience in a fractional, agency, or multi-client environment
  • Familiarity with sectors such as food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality
  • Experience with tools: Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Console, Semrush

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
