Job Description

Encanto Technologies is seeking an experienced Marketing Head – IT to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our IT services. The role involves brand building, demand generation, digital marketing strategy, and team leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for IT services
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email)
• Drive lead generation and support the sales team with qualified leads
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and online presence
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign planning
• Coordinate with sales, business development, and leadership teams
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing (IT services preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Data-driven mindset with reporting and analysis skills
