Marketing Intern

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our real estate sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts while developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support the design of marketing materials using Canva or any other publishing software.
• Collaborate with the team on graphic design projects and assist in maintaining the company website using WordPress.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques, including Google Ads and Google AdWords.
• Experience or coursework in digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
