Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Intern to market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, and Green Card consultants to U.S. clients and vendors. This is a Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively market bench candidates (OPT/CPT/H1B/H4 EAD/GC/USC) to vendors and clients.
• Identify and build relationships with new vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Negotiate rates, close deals, and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely updates on interview status.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements to meet monthly targets.
• Stay current on U.S. recruitment trends, visa regulations, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 0–3 years in U.S. IT Bench Sales Recruiting (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent understanding of visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC).
• Strong vendor network and proven ability to generate new client leads.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
