Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and strategic marketing professional to join our team. The Marketing [Coordinator/Manager/Director] will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Manage content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and advertising.
• Oversee brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to support business objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, or promotional activities as needed.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
• [1–3 years for Coordinator / 3–5 years for Manager / 7+ years for Director] of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $21.30 - $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
