As a health food café, it is our mission to provide healthy, delicious options for our communities and to foster a healthy food culture. We want kids to grow up knowing that making healthy choices can be as exciting and delicious as all the other options out there. We don’t have to sacrifice flavor when making good decisions for our bodies! And oftentimes, these food choices reduce our environmental food footprint.

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital advertising, content creation, analytics, and marketing events. This candidate should also have a passion for the health food scene and an intuition for integrating Active Culture with marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director on design projects using Canvas and Adobe Programs
• Help maintain and update the company TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Skills

• Proficiency in advertising principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, Instagram, and TikTok for Content Creation.
• Experience with Google Ads and analytics tools (Google Sheets) to track ad and campaign interaction
• Strong research skills to gather data and insights effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
