We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive student or recent graduate looking to launch their career in marketing. We are seeking a motivated intern to support and execute our marketing and communication strategies. This is a paid, in person/hybrid, part-time position (up to 20 hours per week) designed for candidates eager to potentially grow into a full-time role at our firm.
What you'll be doing:
- Social Media Content Creation: Write, design, and proof engaging, on-brand posts (static/carousel posts, stories, short-form and long-form videos) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Use generative AI tools as appropriate for copywriting support.
- Graphic Design: Design branded graphics, presentations, print collateral, and event materials in Canva.
- Email Campaigns: Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (MailChimp), including segmentation and lead-nurturing journeys.
- Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the firm’s website (basic WordPress experience recommended).
- Video Production: Capture, edit, and upload short- and long-form video for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platform.
- Collaboration & Brand Management: Collaborate with firm leadership and the business development team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns. Maintain brand style and consistency across all work.
- Analytics, SEO & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, email, and social metrics). Report results and actionable recommendations to leadership. Support SEO and keyword projects (keyword research, performance tracking).
- Project Management: Take on project management and administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly. Stay highly organized while managing projects, deadlines, and team communication.
What you'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp (or similar email platform), and video editing software
- Demonstrated experience designing and scheduling social media content (portfolio required)
- Exposure to website design and management (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to learn and maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
- Experience with service-based business marketing
- Familiarity with paid social, Google Ads, and SEO
- Experience using generative AI for copywriting
- Excellent attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofing
- Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Excellent computer literacy and typing skills
- Marketing, Communications, Business, or related majors
