bringing our proven technology to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to improve patient

outcomes, enhance staff efficiency, and elevate care standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional to lead the execution of Dozee’s marketing initiatives in the U.S. market. This role requires someone energetic, creative, and execution-driven — capable of running digital campaigns, coordinating events, managing on-ground activities, and building Dozee’s visibility among key healthcare stakeholders.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, driving brand visibility,managing event participation, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to end marketing campaigns targeting SNFs and other healthcare facilities across digital, event, and direct channels.
  • Manage lead generation activities — including paid ads, SEO, webinars, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing — trade shows, conferences, facility events,and healthcare forum
  • Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot or similar) to manage lead pipelines, track campaign ROI, and ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team.
  • Support brand communication — develop content for newsletters, case studies,and thought leadership posts.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and vendors for content, design, and event collateral.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities in the SNF and healthcare space.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve impact.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or B2B technology.
  • Proven experience in digital campaign execution, event marketing, and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and events with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a hands-on mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience engaging with healthcare providers, SNFs, or institutional buyers is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
