We’re seeking an E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online sales operations, grow revenue, and ensure seamless digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate has strong firearms knowledge, e-commerce management experience, and the leadership skills to coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all e-commerce sales activities, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage online platforms (website, GunBroker, social channels) to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse and Compliance teams to ensure inventory accuracy and ATF/FFL-compliant transactions.
  • Analyze online sales data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Supervise e-commerce associates, ensuring quality product descriptions, professional photography, and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on email campaigns, featured products, and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of e-commerce sales or digital retail management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of firearms, accessories, and related compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing listings and transactions on platforms such as Shopify, GunBroker, and other online marketplaces.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics, SEO, and digital merchandising tools.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
