Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Lead – Real Estate to drive marketing initiatives across developer-led projects as well as mandate-based real estate portfolios. This role plays a critical part in shaping how projects are positioned, launched, and sustained in the market, while working closely with developers, internal sales teams, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, understands the real estate sales funnel deeply, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects under both developer and mandate verticals.
  • Plan project-wise marketing calendars, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with project objectives and sales targets.

Developer & Mandate Coordination

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for developers.
  • Align marketing plans with developer guidelines, approvals, and timelines.
  • Design mandate-specific marketing approaches focused on inventory movement and faster conversions.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and real estate portals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal teams to optimize campaigns and improve funnel efficiency.

Offline & On-Ground Marketing

  • Plan and execute site branding, project collaterals, and on-ground marketing activities.
  • Coordinate walkthrough experiences, channel partner events, and launch activities.
  • Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

Sales & Channel Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with closure goals.
  • Create sales enablement tools including presentations, brochures, and inventory updates.
  • Support channel partners with clear communication and marketing materials.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead, guide, and support internal marketing team members.
  • Manage agencies, designers, and other external partners.
  • Maintain quality, timelines, and cost control across all marketing activitie.s

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report marketing performance on a regular basis.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership and recommend improvements.
  • Use data to drive informed decisions and continuous optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing and project lifecycles.
  • Experience handling both developer marketing and mandate portfolios.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, and CRM integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in real estate marketing.
  • Prior experience with developers, CP firms, or mandate-based models is essential.
  • Experience managing launches, sustenance campaigns, and on-ground marketing.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
