Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Lead based in Lahore. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for brand growth. They will collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to drive customer engagement, strengthen client relationships, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include overseeing customer service initiatives, analyzing trends, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
• Expertise in Sales and Marketing Strategy, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Drive the brand visibility thru effective digital marketing campaigns
• Liaison with external marketing agencies to drive brand growth
• Previous experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
