Role Summary

Engage with leads through multiple marketing channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat, social media, and email to qualify and maintain communication. Support outreach campaigns and contribute to various marketing activities when needed.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, website chat, social media, and email to maintain communication and assess interest.
  • Qualify leads by collecting key details and maintaining organized records, notes, and status updates within Salesforce CRM.
  • Generate new leads from external tools such as Apollo and other relevant platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns by executing outreach activities and monitoring engagement.
  • Assist in preparing and updating content for emails, presentations, and online materials.
  • Participate in events, webinars, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct basic research on competitors, target industries, and lead sources.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–2 years) as a marketing, business development, or telesales specialist in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to new contacts.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
