Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to design and scale our client acquisition engine. This role focuses on generating high-quality investor leads through digital channels, optimizing conversion funnels, and working closely with the sales team to drive account openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Build and manage lead generation funnels (ads landing pages conversion)
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
- Develop ad creatives and financial content that builds trust and drives action
- Manage CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and nurturing campaigns (email/WhatsApp)
- Coordinate with sales team to improve lead-to-account conversion
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Ensure all campaigns comply with financial regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business
Experience
- 2 years in digital marketing / lead generation
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage preferred not mandatory
Skills
- Strong performance marketing experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Funnel building and landing page optimization
- Data analysis (Google Analytics or similar tools)
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Copywriting for ads and financial content
KPIs
