Program Duration: Initially 12 months, extendable for an additional term based on performance.

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to build your career in a dynamic, global environment? Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for a Marketing Management Trainee to join our Shake Your Future MT Program and support our Marketing team!

This role is designed for recent graduates or final-year students who are excited to gain hands-on experience in brand management, market research, and campaign execution within the spirits and wine industry. As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will work closely with our Brand Managers to contribute to key marketing initiatives and develop a strong foundation in brand strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Brand Support
  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support marketing operations.
• Marketing Activities & Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities.
  • Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of marketing activations.
  • End-to-end event management, including coordination with promoters and execution of marketing activities.
• Budget & Reporting
  • Track and manage the brand budget, ensuring accurate PO (Purchase Order) and PR (Purchase Request) processing.
  • Prepare evaluation reports before and after marketing activities to measure success.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with different teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Work Experience: Internship or prior trainee experience in marketing, brand management.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team player, eager to work in the dynamic environment of Premium Brands.
  • Digitally engaged, with a strong interest in social media and online interaction.
• Passion & Interests: A deep interest in spirits is a plus! Bonus points if you’re passionate about art, fashion, dance communities, and events!
• Availability: Preferably available full-time with flexibility in working hours.
