Principle accountabilities
- Define product vision and strategy
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create brochures, leaflets, social media content, and training materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps
- Monitor product performance and user feedback
- Ensure timely and successful product launches
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals
- Create detailed product documentation and specifications
- Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge
- Double visits along with sales team for the Brand awareness improvement, present technical and clinical product knowledge.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure proper technical understanding and communication of product benefits.
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs for product registration and compliance.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions
- Provide sales tools and scientific support to field teams
- Analyse sales data and KPIs to help drive product performance.

Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s or MBA is a plus.)
- 3 years of experience in product management within the aesthetic, dermatology, or medical devices sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong knowledge of injectable products, aesthetic
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in product management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with data analysis and KPIs
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Design marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional tools tailored to local market dynamics.
