We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager with expertise in the B2B segment. The role involves leading marketing initiatives to drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and support sales objectives across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with analytical skills to develop integrated marketing campaigns, manage product positioning, and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent positioning across all platforms.
Manage digital, content, and event marketing to generate leads and support sales teams.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Plan and implement product launches, promotions, and international marketing activities.
Oversee marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory teams to align strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility.
Drive marketing automation, CRM utilization, and performance reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in B2B marketing within industrial, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, or related sectors.
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Exposure to global markets and multi-channel marketing campaigns is an advantage.
