Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality sales leads through targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and more to maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging social media content and manage channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube to build community and drive engagement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance our online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Conduct proactive sales lead outreach to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by assisting with orders and resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize our sales CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Identify emerging growth opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities including reliability, accountability, productivity, dependability, quality of work, teamwork, and effective written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid setup, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
