Marketing Director/Manager (Remote Opportunity)– Cannabis Industry

We’re looking for a Marketing Director/Manager to take charge of our daily marketing efforts in the rapidly growing cannabis industry. This is a fully remote role where you’ll have the freedom to bring your best ideas forward, while collaborating with our internal teams and vendors to achieve marketing goals. This position would report directly to the COO.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute daily marketing campaigns across Instagram, email, and in-store platforms
• Develop creative strategies to connect with our audience and keep them engaged.Collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas, compelling content, and consistent messaging.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, ensuring compliance with cannabis advertising regulations.
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO performance, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay up to date on cannabis industry trends, regulations, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage timelines and priorities like a pro, ensuring every campaign is executed on and hits its mark and timeline

What We’re Looking For

✔ A strong communicator who knows how to connect with both teams and audiences. ✔ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a regulated industry (cannabis, alcohol, healthcare, etc.). ✔ Creative, resourceful, and ready to think outside the box. ✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills — you get things done. ✔ Driven, motivated, and excited to take ownership of projects. ✔ Experience with social media, email marketing, and campaign strategies/analytics. ✔ Self-Driven and accountable working independently in a remote environment. ✔ Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite for Graphic Design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
