ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Brand Management or in a related field

Advanced level of English

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role; preferably in the FMCG industry and business processes

Ability to shape and implement strategy while incorporating the latest industry advancements
-
Strong business acumen, influencing and presentation skills with a keen awareness of emerging trends
-
Strong interpersonal skills (collaboration, creativity, confidence and facilitation)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Completed military service for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Developing and managing the company’s internal and external communication and marketing activities
-
Managing the annual marketing strategy and plan aligned with business goals

Managing, controlling and reporting of the marketing budget
-
Coordinating and managing external agencies to execute PR activities, media relations, digital marketing and event management

Overseeing the design, content and production of the company's printed materials in line with corporate guidelines

Leading trade marketing activities (printed and promotional materials, exhibitions, seminars, distributor meetings and brandings)

Driving brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand or products

Developing and implementing marketing programs for brands

Building effective coordination with related departments to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
