About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Marketing Manager
to lead strategy and execution across key African markets. Based in Dubai, this role will drive
brand growth, local market relevance, and consumer engagement
through integrated campaigns, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market excellence. This is both a
strategic and hands-on position
, with direct accountability for strengthening brand visibility and delivering commercial impact in one of our fastest-growing regions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead 360° marketing strategies
tailored to Africa, aligned with brand and commercial objectives, with a strong focus on offline activations.

Execute integrated campaigns
across retail, PR, experiential, and influencer channels, supported by social media and digital amplification.

Drive offline brand presence
through local activations, partnerships, sponsorships, and events that build awareness, trust, and consumer engagement.

Support digital and social media campaigns
by managing the regional content calendar with agencies and global teams, ensuring synergy with offline programs.

Collaborate with sales and product teams
to launch new products using market-relevant GTM strategies, impactful retail visibility, and consumer-centric messaging.

Maximize retail impact
through strong in-store merchandising, POS materials, shopper engagement activities, and seasonal campaign alignment.

Own and manage regional marketing budgets
, ensuring efficient allocation between offline and digital investments to deliver maximum ROI.

Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness
, generating insights to continuously optimize offline and online initiatives.

Act as brand custodian
for the portfolio in Africa, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Build and manage relationships
with agencies, vendors, distributors, and partners to deliver high-quality execution on time.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

5-7+ years of experience
in brand or marketing roles, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or tech industries.

Proven track record in developing and executing
integrated campaigns
across offline, retail, PR, events, and social/digital channels.

Strong exposure to
offline activations
such as partnerships, sponsorships, and retail visibility programs, complemented by experience managing social media and digital campaigns.

Solid understanding of
consumer engagement levers
in both traditional and digital environments (e.g., retail merchandising, PR, influencer, content, performance marketing).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to guide strategy and optimize performance.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with sales, product, and external partners.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic regional environment.

Candidates with prior experience in Africa and an understanding of its consumer and retail landscape will be strongly prioritized.
