Biofarma Pharmaceutical we are looking for an "Marketing Manager" to be assigned in Sales, Marketing and Medical Department.

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Open to travel as required for business needs.


Job Description:

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with current promotional regulations, competition laws, and Biofarma’s standard operating procedures, while providing necessary guidance to the team.
  • Actively contribute to defining and implementing marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the development of short-, medium-, and long-term marketing strategies for products and departments to drive business success. Guide teams and departments to execute strategies effectively.
  • Define and plan strategies for upcoming product portfolios, manage new product launches, and oversee pre-launch preparations to ensure successful promotion.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of annual product marketing plans and budgets, ensuring adherence to set guidelines.
  • Manage the product/department marketing budget in alignment with strategic goals, conducting regular budget reviews and adjustments as needed.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and coordinate related initiatives to enhance online presence.
