Marketing Manager

Role Overview


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Ikramia’s marketing strategy and establish a strong brand presence in the Saudi market. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive merchant acquisition and platform growth.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Oversee content creation, including social media, blog articles, and email campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support merchant acquisition and retention.




Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience , preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in both English and Arabic .
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and KPIs.
