Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, ensuring engagement and growth.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance advertising sales initiatives and support product management efforts.
  • Create engaging content for various channels including websites (WordPress), blogs, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead budgeting processes for marketing campaigns while ensuring cost-effective strategies are employed.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and graphic design.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing approaches including email campaigns, social media, and print advertising.
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while achieving desired outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,705.31 - $102,010.70 per year
